Seriously, I liked nothing in KisanKonnect.

Dislikes

... consumers. -Not supplying what the consumer expected. -No values of employee. -Even though, Deducting the EPF from salary but never given the EPF because still company is registered for epf. -Fake commitments.

Likes

Staff and management is very friendly, approachable and helpful. They prefer to promote internally. If required they provide training as well.

Dislikes

Since it is a startup, work life balance is difficult to maintain.

Likes

Good for freshers. And it is also possibles to do part time for locals.

Dislikes

Haven't provided joining or experience letter by company. Employees are unauthorised. Employees don't get any hikes or appraisal.

There is not good future because of management is good there only relative worker joined mama bhau atyya bhau kaka mulga chulat bhau all of them working there is rajeshiahi work place not good for other employee

Doing work more then working hours from morning 10 to 8:30 then handling customers call at home as well. No night shifts so that we can hand over our phones to others.

Dislikes

No joining letters no offer letters and no experience certificate after serving notice period. There is no proof of working in company other that bank statement, Which other companies don't ask for.
