The management of this company is very bad. Working in kisan mouldings is like you work between illiterate person. But there is one thing which I like so much is Kisan mouldings Ltd is a best learning company here you can improve your knowledge about machine parameter mould setting etc .I wanna tell that it's good cmony for learning not earning

At the time of joining they promise for a decent hike, but at the time of increment they tell we are at loss etc etc making reason, I am a Mechanical Graduate worked as a intern on 10k stipend, and was promised a package of 4.5LPA after 6 months, evenafter 9 months they didn't give me a hike I was a fool working for 10k for 9 months, and workload was very high for my profile.
