...you want. You should maintain good relation with seniors and higher authorities. I am on a good position but salary is a big issue. Read the dislike also, because it doesn't matter about good things at work at last they are good.

Dislikes

The opinion of every employee is different as per his/her experience with the workplace. The company is really good, but a lot of politics is played here by some people, which disturbs the atmosphere and things get hard but still, you need to digest it. If you are On role things are better but still very less pay, high pressure, average work-life balance, and growth is slow if you don't showoff . If you are through a third party very less pay, very high pressure, no increments/benefits, etc, Due to some bottleneck people lots of issues get created.

Likes

It is good for Job security and skill development but when we comes to the benefits and work culture, it is not so far good experience. In that COVID-19 crisis company reduced payment to 30% which is way more higher as compered to other companies.

Dislikes

People who work hard are get less importance and benefits. Also salary hike is less.

KOEL motivate to adopt latest technologies and innovation. I'm heading engineering department of large engine business group that works for New defence product development which requires reliability, highest quality standard, stringent performance requirements and qualifications. The career growth and learning depends on work involvement.

Compensation and growth is slow. Managers don't trust individuals capabilities. There is no structured training and manpower replacement.

Likes

Family culture and lot of social activities. I had an opportunity to be member of new project on Solar Turbines in US. Lot of freedom for work enabled me to initiate and use CAE , few software tools for shop, while working in shop. Lot of opportunities to improve processes were available.Lot of exposure to other departments and learnings.

Dislikes

Compensation, growth opportunities were limited. Pursuing Aspirations, in line with business were limited.
