Everything in the TPO devision of KOEL is VERY DISGUSTING except salary on time. Too much work pressure as well as mental torture by RSM. No Job security, no incentive, no time bound. RSM creates TREMENDOUS PRESSURE even on Holidays/weekends/paid leaves. I didn't get any kind of product knowledge since I joined & this's the first company I've seen, increasing sales target EVERY MONTH.

Only one thing that "Boss is always right"... As a junior level employee dosen't matter what u did for the company, its matter how your reporting boss want to serve you.
