Decision making - Management has went through lot of change hence no stability now which has created havoc in the middle and lower level employees. 7. HR has not evolved even though the organization is very old and one most reputed brands in India. 8. No career growth - People joins the organization on the same grade and leave at the same grade 9. No trainings related to personality or skills development are taken as a result the employees lose their enthusiasm, zeal, morale and motivation to work.

Poor work culture, people use to say " this is not my work", higher level bosses are using company benefits in wrong ways but not allow their subordinate to facilitate any company benefits. Increment in range of 6-8% only.
