The working environment was very conducive and encouraging. Right from top CEO to low level, all worked with a single mission. Even after 25 years, I still miss the company though I worked only for 11 month.

Canteen facility, guest house ismt club membership, activity etc. Safety.

Dislikes

Work culture, management, job duration etc. No overtime, no extra leave, work load less salary. Less manpower, poor automation etc.

The appraisals are done yearly

Dislikes

No work life balance. Too much dust and not good for health. Salary structure not proper, trainees having more salary than existing employees working from 5-6 years. Discrimination for people like only one work for new people with more salary and existing employees should do many tasks in less salary. In time is fix but out time is horrible, if we complete work on specified time still they ask to stay for extra 2 hours. Company culture is really horrible
