Good place for learning person, in kirloskar chillers engineer have to work by him self so lot of thing to learn.teamate good. Job security on average we can say work hard and make your job safe.touring job and very hard to get time for family in summer.appraisal depend on your performance. Company selling their products outside india so talented person can get abroad tour for machine commissioning etc...

...job so too much travelling for engineer due to this work-life balance disturbed. Salary and career growth on average. Learning environment with teammates. And like in all company some where there is little bit politics in office.

Decision making is very slow, very limited scope for personal growth, Company is very small in comparison with other Kirloskar Group companies but still following the HR policies of very large companies which are not suitable at all.

Worst environment and bad culture. Senior are like hitlers they take work from you like as labour and treat like you as a labour. No hierarchy system you can't go to higher level and complaint about anything of your seniors. If you go to the HR about any complain they will also not entertain you. company policy are sucks due to limited staff handle the entire company. So you can't go anywhere....

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
