Company's work culture is good. Also, at most of the times, company fulfill its commitments to customers which is very essential for sales person.

Salary's at lower level and middle level are very less in comparison to peer companies. Also annual increments are very less (in the range to 5-10% at lower and middle level and 2-5% for top level). Also work life balance is not there, there is no back up for any one in the company. There is no any professional growth in the company. No soft skill training.

There are no worklife balance and a lot of a lot of mental Pressure that makes you totally mad, specially plant head and HR team are very very unprofessional at Gujrat plant.

On time salary, regular skill trainings, Transparency of system, Well educated team, Excellent procedures of manufacturing and product quality, Timeline based project management.

It is a very good company to learn work and there is nothing else in the company.

Management is very bad and salary is not good, staff behavior is very bad, food in canteen is dirty, cockroaches keep coming out, no one pays attention.

Partiaily is too much. We have to work like a donkey. But benifit will go to nearest and dearest of superior in every year. If we complaining, nothing will happened. He will smile like a monkey. Skin is like a hippopotamus. Sorry hippopotamus,
