Working in a skill full environment at low scale intially start up is good to learn in different departments either it's a surgical or medical ward or special room .

For MBBS level the payscale is not so good as that much inspite providing work load at private settings.

1. Poor work-life balance 2. Focus is not on ethical patient care, focus is on maximising OPD and ipd number 3. Nobody with experience in heading a medical facility in Urban area so hospital policy keeps changing with changing management.
