There are significant challenges in communication and decision-making processes. there is often a lack of clarity regarding roles and responsibilities, leading to confusion and inefficiency within teams.

Very Good Culture. Management is very good. Very well HR department. Senior staff are supportive and encouraging.

Dislikes

Some HR Policies. Notice period is too long 3 months etc. Not providing insurance, PF is not deducted.
