The college is in a nice environment. Colleagues are friendly.pick up and drop facility is available(though it's payable).work pressure is o.k . holidays are there.

...ed reaching college gets too difficult. Politics is rampant among the authority. Salary is too low. And the most important thing is if notified in the notice period that the employee is leaving the job make sure you won't be paid the salary of the last month.
