Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but grouth is slow. The work pressure is very heigh. Sometimes, I have to work 14 to 18 hours straight in a day I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night. Manager do not value and individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my clients, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals

It had many likes but they made sure, employees suffer.

Dislikes

I was lured by showing benefits like 5 day working, work from home, flexible timings, team outings and other benefits. But the company decided to shut all these perks just by sending an e-mail. None of the employees were consulted prior taking such a big step apart from the vertical heads and that too were informed and not consulted. It's hard to digest these but have a live with it. Since they are the boss as it is said.

Nothing as such.

Dislikes

Poor management. Dekay in annual increment. Very poor working area. Toilets are similar to public toilets. No firm policy. Policy can change as per management convenience anytime. Every Saturday is working so you will not get time for your family.

The company works on the whims and fancies of the top management. The products manufactured in India don't confirm to the quality of the products manufactured by the parent company of Kingspan UK.
