Salary is okay. If you are careful, its easy to have good work-life balance.

Dislikes

CEO is pretty incompetent and short-sighted. He just can't get anything don(not even enforcing employees to speak English which is what this company is supposed to offer to customers!). Also trusts the wrong people who are basically ruining the company. Has one guy hire all the tech team(all as freshers, 15 of them) from the same college he was, and not its a total mess. Often there will be NO ELECTRICITY, NO WATER! And yet, you cannot get remote work! Its pretty painful! :D

The place and the ambience. More importantly, I was lucky to have some good colleagues to work with.

Dislikes

They pay you just peanuts for the amount of effort and hard-work one puts into the classes. One's work Is not recognized or acknowledged by the company, they expect you to keep on delivering, without getting anything in return. How is that possible? Is it a social service????

Likes

Kings learning lets you work flexibly. Also, the payments are done on time. Besides that, it gives you an opportunity to teach students of different ages. So far, it's been an enriching experience.

Dislikes

At times, one might not get as much teaching hours as one wishes to. So, a teacher must have a full time job besides freelancing.
