Toxic work environment especially in real estate favourism to particular employee, low salary, no recognition how much hard work you do, unprofessional and childish behaviour by partner and colleagues. No growth also

They are very flexible in working. Like alternate saturdays are off, they have lunch facility and various lunch vendors nearby to have a variety of lunch and munch.

Dislikes

They dont care about how a person is being treated. They will ignore when senior treats their juniors in wrong way. There is no mechanism to address such issues.

Bad mouthing former employees seems to be Partner's favorite pass time. Promotions are based on how good are at sycophancy. Zero learning, no professional growth. Utter waste of time PLEASE DO NOT JOIN.

They just hire you and fire within few days no proper training no proper management The way he do the work is very unprofessional.so don't join their it's totally wastage of money and your valuable time
