College- Get the Work done!) - Secondment opportunities - Salary doubling within a year if you work well. - I remember the Managing Partner telling our team that you can buy a benz if you work well! - Firm takes pride in its array of Partners and Lawyers working for them. - Firm puts even a beginner associates profile in their website with utmost importance. - great training.

They are very flexible in working. Like alternate saturdays are off, they have lunch facility and various lunch vendors nearby to have a variety of lunch and munch.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

They dont care about how a person is being treated. They will ignore when senior treats their juniors in wrong way. There is no mechanism to address such issues.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
