There is always something new to learn here. New products, New Process, etc etc. Customisation is one of the strength here which is why have large no. of overseas customers.

Dislikes

Some of the senior people want to take credit of every work. Juniors does not get exposure to top management due to this. No cafeteria.

Supportive colleagues and HOD. Various ancillary and corporate fun activities. Product quality is also good

Favouritism,inappropriate work allocation, lack of development opportunities to new employees.
