infrastructure is excellent but work environment is pathetic and not conducive for growth.

Attitude is discrimanotory and unfreindly for expatriates though their own workforce hardly are up to mark or incompetent.CEO is largely unaccessible, they have mix up of military plus civilians in hospital which casts lot of confusion for expats. Military and local Bharainis do not work or sitting idle and does not follow full duty hours. For them there is another set of rules.Egyptians are also not very hard working , so only force left there is Indians but they are not secure about their jobs. Termination is at very short notice and then you have to wait for clearance of papers for 1 months post clearance.u will not be paid for this waiting period. Organisation terminates you without any valid reasons or they themselves do not follow clause of contracts. Since it is military org so LMRA does not hv that much influence.Rather they misbehave with expats, especially Indians. Most of HODs are military people , they will not work or will be on leave .useless place to work
