-HR visits once a week and leaves after a half day session. -Non - corporate environment -excessive micromanagement -Constant monitoring 24/7 including audio and video surveillance -half of your salary will be deducted in first month as a precaution against leaving without notice

I feel lucky to be working here, there is good learning experience they gave me a job, when everyone rejected me they even provide opportunity to special needs people, which is very are to see sat-sun - off normal working hrs !

Dislikes

some employees were creating negativity and even tried to influence me to leave but luckily I survived. The management took action on couple of culprits and were asked to leave or resign. Its all good now. Thank God :D

The work environment is encouraging and jovial. It nurtures the talent and provides fair opportunity to imbibe/development skills. The workforce is quite young, which adds to the alluring environment. It follows a flat organisation structures, and the management is quite approachable. It encourages work life balance.

Dislikes

There is a room for improvement in the processes and policies followed. The appraisal process is not concrete. Remuneration is above average for graduates fitting in, in the roles.
