The company is total gear manufacturing base all types of gear are manufacturing here. This company have different and popular clients like Mahindra , carraro, tata, Ashok Layland, Renault Nissan, so all types of gear manufacturing process are available for learning .getting best knowledge about gauges and measurements instrument.

Growth is very low, salary is also low

Pathatic company with pathatic management. Working, safety and sanitation standards are worst I have seen in my life. Staff is non supporting. They change departments without prior warning, and transfer to another department not related to your expertise and expect from you to handle it like expert.

No any facilities provided by company to permenent employees. Canteen is worst. Every where is politics. All the machines are older than 30-40 years. Too much rejection.

No any standard process following on shop floor. No any facilities to employees. Wash rooms are worst than public wash rooms on bus stand. Canteen is worst. Non hygienic food. Sometimes cockroaches found in food. No safety for workers.

Work environment Is Good. Teammates and the Managers are very supportive, Training sessions are Implemented for learning new things... Overall Company is Good to work

Lot of Politics and Temporary employees are don't have Discipline to talk with the managers.
