It’s a great place to work with friendly co-workers and helpful management team. There’s no heavy work pressure. Company never force you to do extra work without your will. Overtimes are voluntary. Weekly sessions are help to enhance the one’s skills and meet the expected quality scores. It’s a wonderful place to secure your career.

Dislikes

I believe this is completely because of the pandemic, there are no employee entertainment benefits or activities at this moment as everyone is currently working from home.

Likes

This is one of the best companies I've worked in. The management is very professional and helpful. The work culture here is great. The best thing is team work is highly appreciated and encouraged here. Their bonuses and incentive plans are great too. One would enjoy working here and not feel like a corporate slave. Their training sessions are also very insightful and they have weekly team meetings.

Dislikes

The only thing if I have to say I don't like is that there is no process of rejoining for ex employees.
