Customer oriented, didn't allow to take leave, Sunday working, corporate politics Once you resign they didn't give any benefits or facility of the companies

Friendly working nature collogues and managers , good experience working here, on time credit salary and employee benefits are too good. The online training is useful for all employees for developing skills.

I am working kinara very happy good team support and salary and incentive are very good my boos is very supportive and guidelines work is very helpful finally i love kinara proud to work this company.

...WFH, leaves, notice period, etc. You are geo tagged to the office for 8.5 hours. Incase you spend less hours your salary is cut. Major red flags from the management, as they hire you like an MNC professional but treat you like a blue collared worker.
