Management doesn't our address our issues. Night duty works some times heavy. But we only one staff in night duty. This huge hospital is works under the only one blood bank staff in night . In case need any medical emergency for the staff. What will do?

I disliked the interference of Quality head unnecessarily, a very painful person who thinks too much of herself though she herself is a nurse, she is a frog in the well

Very bad experience. Hospital is good for career growth with plenty of cases and more than 450 inpatients per day, but the managers won't allow us to grow. They give us petty works, that are not meant to be done by a CP, such as dispensing. They want us to do the work of pharmacists more than that of clinical pharmacists. They actually don't want CP's, they are taking Pharm-D graduates just for the sake of NABH affiliation. Pharm-D graduates are treated like garbage. Not happy with the working experience. Work stress is too much with insult and uncultured managers. Managers as they are diploma holders are too much egoistic when treating pharm-d graduates. Calling names as if we are there housemaids and insulting us by telling " if u don't want this job, leave the hospital, we have a shortage only in pharmacy, not in clinical pharmacy. Write resignation in a single paper and sign everyone. Don't bring individual resigns".

Dislikes

Toxic people made it a toxic environment to work from. A good hospital with good reputation can be spoiled by managers such as the ones in pharmacy.
