...nd company culture was good. This is completely remote, and it's UK (mid) shift. Salary will be credited on 25th itself, never delayed in salary.

It's a joke of a company,in fact it does not even qualify to call itself a company. They hire & fire. They have more work load than employee. Only 2 sme / qc to guide the shift.They go days and hours without sme / qc. You ate forced to work like that and then they qc you and give errors so they can remove you. They have only 2% increment after 1 yr and that too if you ask they will terminate you without PIP within 24hrs . Absolutely no job security. Worst place to join. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A TIME PASS YOU CAN TAKE A CHANCE

They are conducting fake interviews. They will send assessment after that the clearance of assesment they will schedule opps round then they will inform your are selected and finally they will not respond after 1 month they will tell a candidate you are not selected.

No job security. They asked me to leave job because I asked for appraisal which they promised me during interview. Also gave termination letter as it was my fault and write that I was incapable. AI copy content: they give no learning. No company culture: politics happen in this small company. Boss remains unbothered. He is totally dependent on business head who is very clever. Worst experience of my life ever.
