The culture of Kime was really good . All the people working out there are young and it really boost your energy . Seniors are really helpful and good specially Uday Sir and Prajol Sir. The environment is really positive and it motivates you alot .

Dislikes

...s , that too 9 hour of working. Also into which , they never leave you at time . They makes you sit for extra time and the pay is really low comparatively to your efforts. And also they never give you any snacks , drinks , neither tea . They make you sit for 9- 10 long hours even more , but never care about your work life balance and needs .

Likes

I love doing my work, and the company also helps and provides a conducive environment. The upper management is very ambitious and professional which is my driver to keep doing my best and perform. Apart from company growth, they also focus on overall development of the employees.

Dislikes

There is no clear distinction between the hierarchy, and the professionalism and strictness at the TL level is more expected. Groupism is also a factor that can the office environment uneasy.

As I belong to civil engineer background this role is difficult for me but talking about work culture and support of the team is totally appreciable they are helping out in every situation like in calling , in objection handling and all and also i learned the calmness and coolness as well that how to keep patience while working. Overall I loved to be a part of Kime career.

Work culture is nice seniors are really helpful, they all helped in my initial stage to grow management do support managers are helpful and so supportive they do back up during hard times

work life balance is not good working hours are more which sometime make you feel burnout
