...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

its worst place to work because of its managers and Indian Leadership Team. Salary part and other benefit is fantastic. Most of the executives joined quit the job in 1st year only and rest are planning to quit. no work life balance. illogical expectations from managements.

Dislikes

Nothing, Worst work Place, no autonomy of work, no ideas accepted. Incompetent bosses.

Likes

Open culture, salary benefits, and other benefits are good. Lot of scope who wants to learn. Very good experienced cross functional team, good talent always gets recognitions and professional growths.

Dislikes

Overall higher/regional management decisions are not proving good for organizational long-term goals and benefits. Recent global restructuring has created ambiguities amongst the employees about organization future and growth. Looking at the old in this product sector, KC is still struggling to get stable growth path and winning solution against the competition.

Likes

Initially I was happy working for this company but after completing 2 years and taking extra responsibility also they never thought I should get promoted. Also when they got to know that few employees are not happy with this then simply gave dry promotions to almost everyone. There is no value for hard working employees as they are treated equally as hardly working employees.

Apart from salary everything needs to improve.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night
