Nothing is good about this company.

...a “desi jugaad” mindset—unprofessional, unstructured, and frankly, quite absurd. 2) Salary: The salary is nothing to write home about. It’s more or less what you'd expect from a startup of this size. A person with 2 years of experience can expect around 15+ LPA in-hand elsewhere (depending on the role), and here it's no different—sometimes even worse. So no brownie points here. 3) Management: This is the worst part. There’s no real management structure—just people pretending to lead while making erratic decisions. Sometimes it feels like the management is high on ego juice (or something stronger). They’re more focused on impressing clients with substandard software than building real value. Internally, they flex their status and money on juniors instead of mentoring them. As for the so-called "Tech Leads"—let's just say, Stack Overflow probably knows more leadership than they do. 4) Office Culture: Imagine office politics... now multiply it by ten. That’s the culture. Nobody’s interested in real work, but everyone’s got a PhD in gossip. One of my colleagues literally broke down in tears in the office after being constantly mistreated. I never thought I’d witness a grown adult cry at work, and what’s worse—they didn’t even stop bullying him after that. Absolutely heartbreaking. 5) Job Security: It’s like musical chairs—but less fun. If your department randomly changes, consider it a warning sign. Layoffs can happen out of the blue, and if you dare to question them, the entire system turns against you. Resistance is not only futile—it gets you blacklisted internally. 6) Trust Issues: And finally, trust no one. That may be good advice for the real world, but in this company, it’s survival instinct. Backstabbing and betrayal are just part of the daily routine. Final Verdict: Avoid this place unless you're doing research on "How not to run a company".

No work Life balance. You have to work on Saturday and sometime Sunday also. No job security Travel a lot from new delhi to greater noida or Gurgaon or vice versa. Manager also didn't want to solve the problem completely, so their dependency on company will be always present. Lot of politics.
