I appreciate the flexibility and convenience that come with working remotely at Kilowott. it allows me to maintain a healthy work-life balance, eliminates commuting stress, and fosters a more focused and productive work environment. Additionally, the collaborative and supportive culture at Kilowott makes remote work a seamless and enjoyable experience.

...s the absence of bonuses and no provision for occasion gifts like during Diwali. Additionally, the lack of overtime compensation is the point of dissatisfaction for me. I also find it inconvenient that Kilowott does not cover internet service charges for remote work, and there is no provision for providing company-owned laptops or devices for the job or official tasks. This poses challenges and additional expenses for remote employees.

What i only liked about the company was the hr team. They were very sweet especially olenya.

...ou don't have to make everything so complicated just because you can make it. 7. Salary is also an issue here. Uplers, where i currently work has given me thrice the expected salary and here in kilowott they said they won't be able to give a hike because I had just a month of experience in my past company. I have been offered a salary at uplers even more than the QA lead here in kilowott. 8. Kilowott guys offered me again but now that I had the worse experience here, I'll think before entering here again.

I appreciate that the working culture at Kilowott is very friendly. Many activities conducted by HR are really commendable. No one here shows senirority up to the Director level. The HR team is always conscious about employee benefits. Everything works in a proper system. There is no politcs like other MNCs. seniors always try their best to support juniors in ltheir career growth and benefit also your critical task. There are no strict timings or deductions. There HR team is always ready to help you at every step , whether its your personal or financial issue. Director and senior staff are down to earth , very mature , young, energetic and supportive with a polite nature.

Dislikes

some aspects that could be improved include the absence of transportation reimbursement or cab facilities, limited medical services, and the lack of provision for loans or advances during emergencies. While these benifits are discretionary , their absence can sometimes pose challenges for individuals.
