It was good experience. They were paid salary on time. Lot's of thing's are there to learn. Each and every Department are fulfilment with Equipment used by respective departments.

Dislikes

Company is good, no doubt about staff members they are also good, But Lot's of Overtime work done by freshers. Backdated works are more.Managers were not good at certain situations, they are just burdning on freshers employees.

Likes

Friendly work environment, supportive staff, decent salary, hand on experience & exposure to all areas of department, good platform to learn for freshers.

Dislikes

Poor management, no planning, no canteen facilities, poor infrastructure, no transport facilities, uncooperative admin staff, uncleaned work surroundings, partiality, conflicts amongst departments, poor work-life balance.

Likes

Their we get to learn new no matter the level of our post.Freshers salary is quite good.Everyone in this organisation are good and supportive peoples.

Dislikes

Work and life can't be balanced due long hours working compulsion even after completion of working shifts. No extra benefits for working overtime.Promotions are irregular no set promotion time.
