Staff is very good.. like Lab , maintenance , accounts , project.

Dislikes

Only staff is supportive.. #once you put resign company will not entertain for any matter. #FNF time also not fix it will take 3-5 month after relieving , not even providing FNF statment # HR not supporting. # Bus & canteen facility is worst and you have no right to complain for same. # any time declaring for 12 hrs duty. # safety point of view it's risky. # even joining medical test charges also candidate have to bare. # basic facilities like washroom is also very worst. # road and drain not available in plant, in monsoon employee facing lots of issue. # HR is crying for hand wash material. #first ever company who don't want to keep realation with their ex-employee.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
