...wants to work for long time there. Everymonth 5-6 teacher leave the institution. And yes they will cut your salary, on every step ie - you are late, not completed the task in allocated time, not multitasker, not picked the call etc etc

There is so much to learn for each and every person in school and at the end of each day I can have a sense of pride and accomplishment within regarding the set of skills developing with each passing day. It is such a satisfactory experience.

It's a wonderful experience working in this school. The most unique thing about the school is that it works for the growth of the staff, it enhances the personality of the teachers too along with the students. They provide good learning environment and experience for a happy learning and as it is said happy teachers create happy classrooms hence it is true and it's a pleasure working in such a supportive school which works for the teacher.

Everyone works as a team and supports each other. The students are the priority of everyone. The work atmosphere is democratic. The growth of the teachers and students is continuous here as teachers and students are given plenty of opportunities to leash their talents and potential.

Though I am new to the system still I found the working environment so comfortable that I easily adjusted to it . Everyday in KIIT is a new learning which is continuously evolving me as a person it's really thrill and joy to be the part of KIIT . Proud to be Kiit'an
