Employees working at kifs are good, joyful and always helpful expect some senior Authority. These people always try to be calm even after some chaos caused by senior people. Being a growing company they offer promotions quickly if performance is good a or you have good repo with credit head who have a large influence higher management.

The company's young CEO is under the significant influence of the current credit head, who indirectly runs the company. The credit head also manages almost all departments, even though each department has a respective head. Additionally, the daily morning conference calls between ceo, credit head and sales people create a negative atmosphere and chaotic start to the day. These are major drawbacks of KIFS Housing Finance.

You will learn to manipulate customer documents, how to do fake signature, learn to change ROI and tenure of customers without informing. Don't bothered about anything just make good relationship with mangers and earn more incentives.
