Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

You can balance your work life.. Management is good and understanding.

Dislikes

You have to compromise with personal life. Staff is cut to cut, you cannot plan anything personal. Some times you have to straight shift also. You have to do lots of hard work to sell, people are not much aware about the brand, due to that sale and walkin are low. Some of the management people tongue are not good.

You will get to learn a lot in Kiehls if working at Head Office level.

Kiehl's is under Quest Retail In India same company who own The Body Shop in India. Quest is very much into cost cutting and owned by an Indian. Their will be lot of work pressure, no work life balance and seniors are not cooperative, very tough to avail leaves because you will not get approval. Job Oppourtunities are also very less.
