...Mrs Kiran and Mrs Anshu. The children were cheated as well as the organisation. Beside this, the salary starts from rupees 4000 or 3500 per month. The increment was not on the basis of percentage or capability but just an addition of 500 rs per year. as faculty members We gave our best always but you will find that maximum employees leave the job after one or two years just after taking an experience. decide this all the awards which the organisation received was because of the dedication of the faculty.

Kidzee helps a teacher to learn new techniques of a playschool.I think Kidzee is a leading brand in playschool. The training given by Kidzee are awesome. It helped me to develop new skill to control different type of children. The children from kidzee can be recognised by their learning, smartness and personality.

Its Salary structure should be improved. Very poor salary structure.

The school staff abided the company policies completely, management was also trying to put in efforts to help grow personally and professionally. Being fresher, maybe had less benefits monetary wise which needs to be increased. Overall, a best place to work at!!!!

...d working as a debutant in this field and explored the finesse of teaching kids. Would like to look upon this same school and same branch if given opportunity but with increased salary.

Salary my God. Salary for fresher as a Class Teacher is Rs 4000 For an experienced teacher it's Rs 5000 max and the teachers working there since 6 -7 years have 9000 salary. Increment for every teacher including fresher and experienced is only Rs 500. Shameful. The brand earns so much and gives so less. I am 100% sure about what I said.

...roughout my pregnancy days but there was no support from the side of management. When pandemic hit us inspite of being together the management started removing teachers and also not serve us with a salary of the notice period. Work ethics - 0 Would never recommend anyone to work with kidze VIKALP KHAND LUCKNOW
