Concept of kid's holistic development is the only thing that can be liked about this company.

Dislikes

Number of reasons are there. - Sales target for each individual that are 4× to anyone's salary and if you failed to achieve the targets no matter you're from sales background or not they will put you on PIP. -No training or feedback process to calculate anyone's skills. - 0 professionalism. - Torturing employees by constantly giving them not required gyan of personal life that too by the co founder. - Salary delays in such a way that you will lost the track about the month you're being paid for. - Manual data maintainance. - 0 work ethics - problem areas get shadowed under useless reasonings. - useless sales team has been established. - so much toxicity - last but not the least they won't clear your dues if you've resigned, until their ego gets satisfied.

...rusive and judgmental work culture Decisions based on less of logic but more of personal prejudices No focus on technology Salary cycle has been inconsistent for last 18 months You most likely will lose out on your dues whenever you leave the organisation because they don’t consider that as a priority

I worked as an online art mentor. After one month i took 43 session but they didn't pay for after one week still they said it will be credit soon. One of the worst experience in my life. The staff names who has do delay reply to me was, ruchi, vishal lambha, vishali sing and teena kapoor.

...raining part will be given by your colleagues not from your TL. No fixed timing. Less salary huge work pressure. Hardly two people in customer care are genuine. The organisation will take you as a CCE later on give you a sales target in every month.
