...r teacher having their job security. School never meets with their commitments. Even during this Covid 19 period, only those 2 teachers (mentioned above) are getting the benefits or you can salary. Rest the others were just sitting ideal. No online classes, no activities, no any plan for any teacher.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Even salary is also very poor and career growth is very slow . 15 days is the training period where one can never knows whether she is going to be a part of the school or not , and that also without pay.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.school policies are good.
