More importance on individual kids focus Very nice environment creation for kids in school

Dislikes

...out their existing employees, they have that attitude of training new teachers. Promise of salary hikes wont last long Salary is credited to accounts only after 15 th of every month(Highly manipulative thinking of not giving salary till 15 so another 15 days teachers will definitely work for their next month salary) Too much work during their annual day celebration morning 6 to evening 9 which runs for 1 month, and no bonus no appreciation from organisation Very cunning centre heads and zonals, highly manipulative with cow face wants to get the work done hook or by crook.

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
