There’s nothing to like as such because they don’t have a working structure every week they change their process, roles and responsibilities are not clear people are forced to do everyone’s work.

Dislikes

Everything to be precise! Salary is low, promotion is way too low, there are associates working for 4 years on the same role with 5% salary increment. There’s no work satisfaction as clients are always in trouble.

Training staff was so good, inside sales head pradipto are a good person

The reimbursement approval process takes so long that individuals end up covering half of their salary from their own pockets for up to a month.

People are nice there.

Dislikes

Work life balance is terrible. You won't get time for your mental health. Too strict time table that can led to cut in your salary even if you complete the work. There is no growth for Graphics designer there. 6 days of work from 9:30 to 6..and you can't leave 20 or 15 min early even if you have completed the work. Leaves are unpaid in probation period, not even sick leave of one day.

If you are okay with 37k permonth it's okay but in 3 months they will start putting pressure I am relationship manager worked for 4months and left the company There is no BDA and BDE in this Relationship Manager will take acre of everything and head RM They have told me Area Sales manager but mentioned there as Relationship Manager For your sustainable its okay and work us very simple hardly 3hrs work will be completed Work start at 10am and You can go to 5 schools and return back at 1or 2 pm That's it very simple but pressure will be high after 3months without sale
