...t the proper response on time which is fine because they have so many employees. There are benefits like bonus and sometime achievement activities also. I had a fun time working there.

Dislikes

Some members of the team are rude and try to manipulate you so you have to be really witty out there. Most of the time they try to put penalty on you for no reasons and then blame you. Apart from this, everything is cool with the company.

Flexibility of timings. Nothing else.

Dislikes

...cooperative HR. Extremely rude co-founder. Mismanagement of the Operations team. Lowest compensation possible. Undue penalties are deducted without reason. Reason why the company went down under within 2 years.

Good learning opportunity as a trainer. The company provides materials for teaching purposes. Good for gathering experience about online one to one classes.

Dislikes

..., but they also deduct significant money (in comparison) for every class missed. They also mess up the calculation and don't pay the deserving amount to their part-time/contractual employee in the last month, if they quit. They did not even reply to my emails when I pointed out the miscalculation and asked about the payment.

I liked the kids and the way I managed teaching by enjoying with them

Dislikes

The etiquette was never followed. Salaries weren’t paid as promised. They were removed for months without any notification. When asked about non payment or untold reductions, they ignored it and asked us to leave the company if we are not happy with the lesser pay. By this, a lot of trainers had to leave without received the money we deserved. The HR team were also people with lack of ethics since they used informal unacceptable words during conversations.
