...field employees has to appear before 9:30 am & has to do market till 7:30 pm. Not giving salary on time. They put one person at HO to monitoring employees daily sales call. Giving 200rs/day petrol. So local conveyance expensive. When you asked for travel claim first they will check travel day call after they will release. As per HR policy giving 3 tier AC but they asked to travel on general tickets. Overall management is not good as other brand in same product.

...es come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. Salary is also paid always on time and annual appraisals are also done fairly on time.

Compensation is low and Growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.

You don't have job security, they will remove you whenever they want and wont provide you with the compensation. They fired me during the lockdown and told me to give resignation dated 1 month ago and they didn't provide me with the salary of the month i have worked, Person will have to satisfy the ego of the top management to be in the good books.

Director's Nature is Very much Supportive. They believe & says that "if you do not know about work don't worry we will teach you. your willingness is more then enough" they give chance to learn and grow. I would love to say the Safest place to work for Female Staff. every one call Sir or Ma'am to each other even Directors also.
