Owners family member driven company....unexperienced family members is sitting at senior level position and they are driving without any subject knowledge & experience....total LALA culture....in this group....EGO is bigger than the company reputation.....President- Finance is ruling the employees like slave.....no full & final settlement after relieving & also they don't provide experience certificates to the employees....uneducated people are heading departments like Accounts & HR ....huge attrition ratio in HR department....because of such horrible practices !!!!! Not a single good HR person can able to work for a longer time.....
