Nothing to like. its a disgusting place where boss works on the instructions given by Hansi Kanwal. Hansi Kanwal like people who have low IQ, who are not capable to write good emails.

Khurana and Khurana is not conducive workplace, particulars for individuals seeking employment as paralegals in the trade mark team. A senior paralegal named Ms. Hansi Kanwal exercises a monopolistic control. Those aspiring to join the team as paralegals often face harassment from Ms. Hansi, who clandestinely complains to the boss Mr. Tarun Khurana in order to maintain her dominance and prevent any potential competition from taking over.

I interned at the K&K litigation office, and I am grateful that I got this opportunity to work under the guidance of such wonderful and amazing people. Meenakshi Ma'am and chhavi Ma'am took the patience with the interns to teach them and guide them with every work that was assigned to us, chhavi ma'am is an amazing mentor and I would be lucky to work with her. Vikramaditya sir who also worked at the litigation office took all the interns to the High court and District court and he gave the wisdom on the groundwork of law which is not taught in classes, he gave me the opportunity to draft and it was fun to work with him. The whole team is understanding and intellectual, I will always look up to them. The internship gave me perspective on how to move ahead towards my legal career.

Clear communication with the requirement of the office and the role of an intern. Cooperative Associates: In case you are having some trouble while researching a proposition, just you do not have to waste your time, just reach out to them, and they will brief you again. Regular Interaction sessions: By Minakshi Ma'am, Chavi Ma'am, Snigdha Ma'am & Vikram Sir. I got proper feedback after every task. Court Visit: Observed various IPR Matters proceedings Drafting work: If you are willing to learn to draft, they do handover drafting work for interns.

Dislikes

Healthy Environment & Interactive People, especially Vikram Sir. During travel to Court visits, he kept interacting with us over various issues related to rules and current policies and also guided us on future carrier prospects.

Likes

Knk has an amazing team of attorneys, litigation, and docketing. They care about their individual staff and allow employees to make decisions. I learnt a lot while working at Khurana and Khurana. Other than usual office politics, the team is amazing there.
