not getting salary on time, if you will come 2 min late they will consider in half day, half of time is goes in discussion no proper time management you dont allow to go early as its any emergency you need to be admit or die then only they will allow you take to go plus they are having there fav employee in office you can not be appreciate all the time few persons are there they are the rising star for them Director of the company is trying to close with everyone ledis washroom is parlor all the time no proper management no proper direction you will be wasting your time here if you will join the company they dont respect they only need people who will obey there instructions

Nothing is good to work here Unko tele caller or sales excuive ka farak nahi samjta hai Telecaller ki profile sales excutive or asm lp dete hai or tele caller ko sir pe bithate hai Kis se kya kam karvanq kufh pata nahi Or pura time bus planning karte hai uspe implimates kuch nahi Jo log purane hai unko support karte hai Kon achaa kon bura samjta nahi manager ko Office cum or love story chalu hota hai They feel if aap ache ho ultq nqhi oblte jo vho bolenge vahi karoge tog aap ache ho else aap bure

Timing are stick they will not allowed you to come 10 min late also late jaa sakte ho par aa nahi sakte

Worked as ASM in KHS I must say enjoyed working in KHS Learling and extraordinary experiance Owner of the company parvez sir is so down to earth In my many years of experience I have never met before person like him .. Celebration of festivals ,bithdays is also good ,HR team is also very supportive

No management , they do not know how to run a plant , they are fit to be a Dealer with bad mentality Importing the material from China and selling in their brand name, claiming it is manufactured at their plant .
