I like culture of Khojdeal. First thing, their HR as people function and they very helpful in terms of information and communication and even they care about team building activities.

Dislikes

It is totally depends on you. How you treat company culture as burden or enjoy. I don't have issues with anything here.

First of all they are not doing digital marketing. They are doing affiliate marketing. Nothing is there to like.

Dislikes

-There is no proper training for starters. No guidance by so called manager or senior colleagues. -After just my 3rd day they gave us affiliates offers to run ads in which we barely can do anything than just praying to the god that it work. - Office politics is on another level. Here even senior colleagues don't have proper answers to the questions by new employee. - Even CEO doesn't know much about the work which needs to be done. Even he doesn't know about how to stablize google ads accounts and he knows what he is doing is unethical - No work-life balance was left. I did work till 12 am almost on all days regardless of festivals/public holidays or even if you are sick. - No appreciation even if you complete targets of 5 Lacs - Too much toxic work culture where they don't train you and expect to get results from you. - No Job security they will kick you out if you the funds are low on budget - Lastly I am happy that the company is not doing good and almost all the staff have left this place.

Worst and the most toxic place to work at. I would never recommend anyone to join this company. Whoever i knew worked there had left the company. No work life balance, way too much of office politics, and alot of privacy invasion.

In my time, I had the best people working with me. And definitely the culture is made by the people of the organization, it's really great

Dislikes

Internal POLITICS is/will be the reason for this company's downfall. Favoritism is on it's peak in this organization. Your problems which you are facing to work smoothly with this organization, it will be completely ignored. Although the management tell us they have acknowledged it and work upon it, but you will see only disappointment from the management side.
