Zero work life balance. Very low package compared to work. Employees join learn and leave the firm immediately after 1 or 2 years. Sometimes less than 6 , months as package is low

You can come to office at any time but there after they will decide when you can go to home.

Very good firm , Please join it Good learning experience. You will learn how to handle worst people and how to work without pay for late nights and weekend. You will learn to manage to how to fool yourself and be there in the name of learning. You will understand that your skill are how smartly misutilised.

...er. Too much politics. No appreciation for work. Reimbursements takes months. Less salary growth compared to work.

...ning opportunities..increment is 13-15% for above average employees..bonus is 1.5 times your month salary..my team was great and best team there..you get to travel and see India..no politics..work environment is good

No career growth or progression was seen by me or my colleague..firm was not able to scale and leverage on partners goodwill and contacts..inspite of presence of 75 years revenues did not grow at a larger scale..work life balance was minimal due to outstation audits or late night workings at client place..

Manager is having mood issues he can bash you anytime he wants without even your fault. If you ask for leaves for genuine medical reasons you will get a lecture full of defamation, you will feel like shit
