This policy was not mentioned in my appointment letter and appears to be a tactic to exploit employees. **Threats and Intimidation: Following my resignation, I was subjected to threats, which compelled me to file an official complaint. Despite this, the company has shown no intention of resolving the matter or clearing my dues. Conclusion: My experience with this company highlighted a severe lack of professionalism, disregard for employee welfare, and unethical practices. I strongly advise potential employees to exercise caution and conduct thorough research before considering employment here. While joining this company was a regrettable decision, I hope sharing my experience serves as a cautionary tale for others.

...d their attrition rate is 60%. They file case against employees to harass him. When a person wants to leave they give salary hike and when person let's go the opportunity they harass him or remove him .

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
