The work culture is really good and the management is also very supportive and nice. There is scope of learning a lot and eventually growing to a better person.

For a person to learn and grow in life you need to compromise somewhere or the other. So sometimes need to work a little more and tend to not balance your personal life some days.

Working here has given me alot of exposure tothe modular industry and also expand my overall contact base exponentially.If you are planning to chose career in modular industry then Elevate is the only best option in Hyderabad and only if you are career oriented then only you can work in elevate.Mainly you will get motivated by the founders they are the only people who are organised,panctual and really focused and ambitious which thrive

Hectic work load on an individual Few politics which are unable to manage,were the management is also aware but they are helpless.
