Higher authorities didn't listen the problems of the their juniors which they were facing in the market. Juniors also didn't get the resolution of the problems timely that they were facing.

Gap Analysis Lack of automation, lead generation,process ,system, integration of inter department , Terrible Traditional HR Talent management delay in Good young dynamic upgraded talent unmeet need of KLAB , Training and upgradation of employee is unmeet need.

Mr.amol mulay he was the manager of quality control department his behaviour is not good in q .c he played politics in the company.he has not satisfied my work some time he sleep abouse me.for my mother.so left the company.

Company's brands and working is excellent. Every dr like brands. But company didn't support in lockdown even before lockdown company was paying little. Company isn't staying upto date according to market.
