New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. ...k but there are very less opportunities of career growth and internal pramotion. And they give very less salary to their employees and increment are also disappointing. Join company only if salary and career growth does not matter you much.

Higher authorities didn't listen the problems of the their juniors which they were facing in the market. Juniors also didn't get the resolution of the problems timely that they were facing.

Company's brands and working is excellent. Every dr like brands. But company didn't support in lockdown even before lockdown company was paying little. Company isn't staying upto date according to market.
