Nothing to like about this company. Low salary, salary not on time, no holiday for site engineers, underpaid, no bonus, no increment nothing to like

Zero worklife balance, they don't give you appreciation or appraisal even if you do hardwork for years they don't care. 2nd thing is very bad & worst management, bad work culture. Engineers are underpaid in this company. Engineers are treated like supervisor & assistant. Worst company.

...ey handle the company but no SOP no HR rule..HR department are also very bad....and every month salary no credited in your bank account they are two two month late salary and no one finalize account and management

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...re very selfish. Very poor payscale. No policies. Worst HR dept ever dealt with. No bonus. No increments. Don't ever work with such a company. You will ruin your personal and social life once you start working with KCC

बडा ऑफिस देख के मतं जाना, और ये कंमेंट एक बार जरूर पढणा ....Don't join this Company, Worst management, terminate the employees without any reason, Director and technical director don't know how to talk with employees,they abusing employees, salary not done on time, their commitment always change,there is too much politics, very cheap and useless company.... , if you have your own respect then don't join this company .... there is no future.अगर हिंदी मे बोलना पडे तो इससे हरामखोर कंपनी नाही होगी... और विरासत मे मिली कंपनी मे technical director शेर बना घुमता है... आता कुछ भी नाही... बाकी आपकी marzi....
