There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

khadi india plays a vital role to supporting the government at the time of crisis or covid-19, in khadi india the masks are manufacuring at this time, because the khadi is made from nature and it is good for health. the khadi fabric is air permiable and the other mask are in the market are made from symtheic fibres or fabric due to that problem while breathing and the life of this mask is only one day but as the khadi mask is washable, air permiable that would help in breathing etc khadi is good for our environment in many ways .

Dislikes

there is no space for disliking the khadi ,because everyone can loved it but one is the major thing that i don't like in our society the peoples are give more prefrence the other brand as compare to khadi either they now are not good but as compare to khadi price their cost is less .

There is very good environment for working and learning. I have learned many thing from India Khadi. There is daily-to-daily customer interaction which helps to learn more and skill enhancement.

Dislikes

Compensation is not according to our work. I had to work 8-10 hours daily as I had to attend customers and manage the stock and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individual's unique strength.
